MY RECREATION
Sailing has been part of my life from youth, beginning in New Zealand, then South Africa. Over the past seven years I have tried to cruise at least once a year, usually with my family. In 1993 I did the Royal Yachting Association's Yachtmaster Offshore navigation course and the Offshore Skipper practical course. In addition to cruising, I help deliver Sailor Bandido a Mirage 338 that is raced on Lake Michigan and I participate in the distance races.
FORTY TWO
In May 2000 the search was finally over, and I became the owner of Forty Two, a Newport 41 yacht. For details, click here.
